HD1080 is mixed with nucleating agent, stereotypes, activators and other additives in the PE based materials, users do not need to add the other materials and additives, put HD1080 directly into the hopper. Easy to use, simple process, high electric performance and good stability.

The above table is for reference only, the actual processing temperature should be based on the technical parameters of the extruder,through the gentle adjustment and practical operation to set.
In order to prevent the increase of the bubble hole in the extruder, the melting section should maintain the appropriate pressure, if the pressure is not enough, there will be large gaps and holes. The selection of the screen, the die core and the die sleeve are all the factors that influence the melt pressure.
